A conference bag earns its place when it carries what delegates will actually receive.
List the largest item in the pack: an A4 folder, notebook or event guide. Compare it with the stated bag dimensions. A bag photograph alone does not tell you how thick a folder can be or whether its zip will close.
Compare the practical details
For longer events, consider a shoulder strap and compartments. If laptops are expected, select a product with a specified laptop compartment and suitable measurements. A document bag is not automatically a protective laptop bag.
Prepare the enquiry
Request a sample or confirm measurements before a large run. Build one complete pack, check the weight and test the closure. This helps avoid a bag that looks right but cannot carry the event materials.
Plan a delegate bag around the contents of your event pack. A bag that fits the programme, stationery and handouts is more useful than one selected only for its front print.
Prepare event-bag artwork around the actual bag panels, seams and colour. A clear front design and accurate production brief help avoid changes late in event planning.
